Plain terms for a small operation: one vehicle, one driver, and a written quote before anyone pays anything. This page says what we commit to, what you commit to, and what happens when the hills disagree with the plan.

How booking works
- Nothing is charged until the itinerary, the price and the vehicle are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp.
- A booking advance holds the dates. The balance is due at the end of the trip.
- The advance is requested on the official UPI QR with a booking reference, sent privately.
If you need to cancel
- More than 7 days before departure
- The advance is refunded in full.
- 3 to 7 days before departure
- The advance is retained; nothing further is charged.
- Inside 48 hours
- 15% of the agreed trip price.
- If we cancel, for any reason
- Everything paid is refunded in full.
Also worth knowing
- Tolls, parking and permits on the agreed route are already in the quote.
- A night halt away from Semiliguda is charged at the rate quoted with your itinerary.
- Stops added on the day are priced before we drive to them, never after.
Refunds go back to the same UPI ID or bank account the advance was paid from, normally within 5 to 7 working days.

These terms are between you, the person organising the trip, and Ananta Tours & Travels, Kalinga Nagar, Semiliguda, Dist. Koraput, Odisha 764036, India. They apply to any trip in our Force Traveller, registration OD02 DT 9296. They are written in plain English rather than by a lawyer; if anything here reads as unclear or unfair, tell us and we will fix the wording.
How a quote becomes a booking
You tell us the dates, the group size and where you are arriving. We send one written figure on WhatsApp for the whole vehicle, with the route and what it covers. Nothing is owed until you accept that in writing. A booking advance then holds the dates, and the balance is due at the end of the trip. The figures on the price page are starting points, not quotes: the number that binds either of us is the one sent to you in writing for your dates.
The discount code
Where a launch discount is offered, one code applies per trip and is applied to the vehicle price before any night halt. Mention it when you message and it appears on your written quote. It cannot be applied after a quote has been accepted, and it is not exchangeable for cash.
Passengers and luggage
The Traveller seats seventeen passengers, and that is a legal limit rather than a guideline; we cannot carry more, and we cannot seat a child on a lap to make the number work. Luggage travels in the rear space and on the floor between seats. Tell us roughly how much you are carrying when you ask for the quote and we will say honestly whether it fits. Groups larger than seventeen can sometimes travel as two vehicles with partner operators, and we will say plainly if that is not possible rather than promise a second Traveller we do not own.
When the road or the weather changes the plan
This is hill country and the roads answer to the season. We check the approach roads in the week you travel. If a road will not take a full Traveller safely, we will move that day around or swap the stop, and we will tell you before you book rather than on the morning. The driver decides what is safe to drive, and that decision is final even when it is inconvenient. Where a change means a materially shorter trip than the one you paid for, we refund the difference.
Changes you make
Stops added on the day are priced before we drive to them, never after. Moving your dates is usually possible if we have the vehicle free; tell us as early as you can and we will move the booking rather than cancel it. A change that adds days or distance changes the price, and we will send the new figure in writing before it applies.
Things outside anyone's control
Landslides, floods, road closures, strikes and bandhs, festival restrictions, official orders and weather can all stop a planned day. None of those are anyone's fault. We will do what can be done to reshape the trip, and we will refund what we have not spent on your behalf. We cannot refund third-party costs you booked yourself, such as hotels or train tickets, so consider your own travel insurance for those.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for providing the vehicle, the driver and the route we agreed, in the condition described, holding a valid all-India permit. We are not responsible for things we do not supply: hotels you booked, meals, entry tickets, or the behaviour of a site's own guides. Your belongings remain yours to look after; the vehicle is not a left-luggage service and we cannot accept responsibility for items left in it. If we fall short of what we agreed, tell us and we will put it right or refund the part we did not deliver. We are not trying to disclaim our way out of doing the job properly.
Behaviour
Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle. The driver may end a trip where passengers put the vehicle or anyone in it at risk, and in that case the trip is treated as cancelled by you. Damage beyond normal use is charged at cost.
If something goes wrong
Tell the driver first, on the day, because most things can be fixed while you are still here. If that does not settle it, message the number on the contact page and we will answer. We would rather resolve it directly than have you write about it afterwards.
Where these terms apply
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Koraput, Odisha have jurisdiction. If we change them, the review date at the top changes with them; the terms that apply to your trip are the ones in force when you accepted your written quote. Last reviewed September 2026.
