Terms last updated September 2026

Only a booking advance is ever paid before a trip; the balance is due at the end. So a refund almost always means returning that advance, and the scale below is the whole of it. The full terms of travel sit alongside this page.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back by the same route the advance arrived: to the UPI ID or bank account that paid it, not to a different account and not in cash. We do not hold credit notes or vouchers against a future trip unless you ask us to. Expect the money in five to seven working days once the refund is agreed. If your bank takes longer than that, tell us and we will send you the transaction reference to chase it with.

If we cancel

If we cancel for any reason of our own, everything you have paid comes back in full, and we will say why. A vehicle that breaks down before your dates is our problem, not yours. Where we can, we will offer to arrange a replacement vehicle through a partner operator first, but that is an offer and never a condition of the refund.

If a trip is cut short

If we end a trip early for a reason of ours, we refund the days not travelled. If a road closes, the weather turns or an official order stops a day, we refund what we have not already spent on your behalf for that day, and we will reshape the rest of the trip rather than write it off. Days you chose not to travel, having arrived, are not refunded.

No-shows and late arrivals

If nobody arrives at the pickup point and we cannot reach you, the advance is not refunded; the vehicle and driver were held for you. Trains and flights run late in this part of the country and that is not a no-show. Message the driver and we will wait or re-time the day at no extra cost, within reason.

What is not refundable

  • Anything you booked yourself and we never held: hotels, train or air tickets, entry fees.
  • Stops you added on the day and travelled to.
  • A trip ended early because passengers put the vehicle or the people in it at risk.
  • The discount code itself, which has no cash value.

How to ask for a refund

Send a WhatsApp message to the number on the contact page with your travel dates and the booking reference from your advance. That is the whole process; there is no form and no ticket number. We will confirm in writing what is coming back and when, before we send it.

If you disagree with the amount

Say so in the same conversation and we will go through the calculation with you. This is a small operation, and getting a refund wrong costs us far more in reputation than the difference is worth. Last reviewed September 2026.
