This site sets no cookies

No cookies are set by this website, and nothing is written to your browser's local or session storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. You can confirm this in your browser's developer tools.

The trip planner does not send anything

The planner on the home page picks a route from the choices you make. All of it happens inside your browser. Nothing is submitted to a server, nothing is stored, and we never see it. When you press the WhatsApp button it opens WhatsApp with a message already written, which you can edit or delete before sending. Until you press send in WhatsApp, we know nothing about you.

What happens when you message us

If you message us on WhatsApp, or call, or email, we receive what you send: your phone number or email address, and the trip details you share. We keep that conversation so we can plan the trip, quote it and run it, and so we can find it again if you travel with us a second time. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone who is not needed to deliver your trip — a hotel you asked us to book, for instance. WhatsApp itself is run by Meta and its own privacy terms apply to the message while it is in transit.

Other companies your browser talks to

Loading a page here also contacts a small number of other services. Each one can see your IP address and which page you were on, which is how the web works rather than a choice we made lightly.

  • Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site, so it handles every request and keeps short-lived logs to serve pages and block attacks.
  • cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net serve two small animation libraries on every page.
  • Google Maps is embedded in the map section of the home page. It loads only if you scroll down to it, and only then does Google receive your IP address and possibly set its own cookies. If you never reach the map, Google is never contacted.
  • Fonts and images are served from this domain, not from a third party.
We deliberately self-host the typefaces rather than loading them from a font service, so that reading a page does not tell anyone else that you did.

Analytics

At the time of writing this site runs no analytics at all. If that changes we intend to use a cookieless service that counts page views without identifying anyone or following you to other websites, and this page will be updated before it is switched on.

What we do not do

  • No advertising pixels, no remarketing, no social media trackers.
  • No accounts, no passwords, no payment details taken on this website.
  • No selling or sharing of your contact details.
  • No newsletter sign-ups you did not ask for.

Payments

Nothing is paid on this website. When a trip is confirmed, a booking advance is requested privately on WhatsApp through a UPI QR code, and the payment happens in your own banking or UPI app. We never see or store card or bank details.

Your choices

Ask us to delete your conversation and the trip details you sent, and we will, unless we still need them for a trip that has not happened yet or for a record we are required to keep. Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. WhatsApp is the quickest way to ask.

Changes

If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the review date at the top moves. It was last reviewed in September 2026.
