By train: Koraput Junction and Jeypore
The Hirakhand Express, the Samaleswari Express and the Rourkela–Jagdalpur Express all call at Koraput Junction (KRPU) and then continue to Jeypore (JYP) on their way to Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh. Between the two stations they take anywhere from 55 minutes to about 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on the train. Koraput train timings has every train's times at both stations.
Jeypore Airport
Jeypore Airport (PYB) sits close to Jeypore town. IndiaOne Air flies a small 9-seat aircraft from there to Bhubaneswar and to Visakhapatnam's airport at Bhogapuram. The airport's first flight, from Bhubaneswar, launched under UDAN, the Government of India's regional connectivity scheme. Flights to Koraput has the timetable and fares.

By road: NH326
National Highway 326 carries the road through Koraput, the Jeypore Ghats and Jeypore. We plan long hill drives for daylight, avoid driving the ghats late at night, and give anyone who gets car-sick on the bends a front row or a window seat. When to go
Come in the monsoon, June to September, to see Duduma loud and large, and from October to February for clear views from Deomali and the rest of the district. The heaviest rain falls in July and August, which is also Shravan, when Gupteswar holds the Bol Bom Yatra pilgrimage, so expect crowds there. Winter nights drop to 3 °C, so bring warm clothes; even in May it stays below 35 °C.
