Step 1: open the chat

Step 2: send your trip details in one message
You can just send “Hi”, but everything in one message saves back-and-forth. The price depends on these:
- Dates and days: your travel dates and how many days you want the Traveller.
- Group size: everyone travelling, with children, babies and senior citizens counted separately. The Traveller has 17 passenger seats, and a child cannot sit on a lap to fit more.
- Pickup point: see the table below for what to add.
- Places to see: name them, or say “please suggest”.
- Luggage: how many big bags and how many small bags. Suitcases go on the roof luggage carrier, so all 17 of you can bring big luggage.
- Night halt: whether any night of the trip is away from Semiliguda, Ananta Tours' base.
- Anything else: anyone who gets car-sick, or who finds steps hard.

Step 3: read your written quote
Check that the quote in the chat shows the route and the timings, one price for the whole vehicle, and the night halt rate if your plan has a night away from Semiliguda. What the price includes is on What a Koraput Traveller trip costs; if something you need isn't there, ask in the chat and get the answer in writing. At this point you owe nothing, but an enquiry alone doesn't hold the Traveller for your dates.
Step 4: accept in writing, then pay the advance
- Accept the quote: reply in the same chat, for example “We accept the quote for [dates].” Nothing is charged before this.
- Pay the booking advance: ₹3,000 for each day of the trip, by UPI, on the link Ananta Tours sends in the chat, or from your own page if you booked your dates on the booking page.
- Keep the confirmation: it arrives on WhatsApp with your dates, route, price and booking reference. There is no printed voucher, so don't delete the chat.
- Pay the balance at the end of the trip: the advance counts towards the price.
Cancelling or moving your dates before the trip starts is free, and the advance is refunded in full. The full rules are on Refunds and cancellations.
On pickup day
- The day before: the meeting point and the driver's number come in the same chat. Share both with your family group.
- At the pickup: the driver is there before the agreed time.
- Train or flight late? Message the driver as soon as you know, and we wait.
